Like most churches in Liège Saint Jacques displays the various tume layers of its developments over the centuries, from the 10th C fortress church to the Baroque ornamentations.

Rather than another run-of-the-mill church interior, this building exhibits different styles of architecture and an impressive treasury worth visiting.

Lots of work being done on the outside but don't let that put you off going inside. The colours on the stain glass windows are stunning especially on a sunny day.
