Worth the walk for me, perhaps not for my wife. You get off the crowded tourist streets of central Brugge, and the windmills themselves are not overwhelming special. But you get nice pictures. If you're biking, this is terrfic thing to do

The windmills we love, but the fine lace-work effect in the fencing surrounding some of them just finished it off beautifully. We saw these as part of our complete circular river walk well worth doing if you like walking.

Windmill is the real one which is in use long back. It have two floors. Gives a sense of what is the windmill used for. There is an info sheet containing some information on working. Park around it is very nice for some camping/park activities....More
