Picture post card medieval style buildings all around the Markt square. Cobbled streets radiate from the Square with many interesting Dickensian style shops selling lace, chocolates and every kind of beer.
And unique, beautiful, interesting. We thoroughly enjoyed out two days here and already want to return. We took the free walking tour and it was a real treat to learn about Brugge's past.
