The Beguinage is slightly south of the main tourist centre, so it's not quite out of the way. Even so, I found very little of interest here. While it's a place of religious significance there's precious little to see here being mostly simple austere buildings befitting...More

Beguinage is a must see when your visiting Bruges. A place of complete quietness and serenity in the hart of Bruges. This place has something sacrale... TOP : Go in April when the square is full of Easter lilies !

just to walk onto the grounds one feels a sense of peace. You can attend the services and hear the nuns chant. It is worth hearing about the history of such a place. They are trying to restore it as best possible. Simply enchanting.

It was fantastic experience of boat riding on the narrow river. Nice guide during the ride. Place of shooting of Hindi Movie "PIKE". Lastly took a picture from the bridge added permanently to my memory.

The sprawling convent is an excellent and tranquil place to walk round while in Bruges. One not to miss as it is a different experience from the very heart of the city.

A bit of the of the track. But so nice. It's calm and green and different to the rest of the town. Loved the swans on the way.
