Between the train station and the old downtown of Bruges is this lake - park that you will want to visit. There are ducks and even swans floating around. Many benches to rest and people watch. Try to drop by.

This is a gorgeous lake and area with plenty of walking space, plenty of beautiful reflections, and an overall stunning place to spend some time. Went within another tour so was unable to stop for a cocktail at the time. This is a MUST-SEE!

Very pretty little lake. Lots of swans and ducks. On the walking tour and well worth the trip outside of the old town.

With the sun shining and a little breeze the lake was glorious. Even with all the crowds around it was easy to imagine oneself there alone. The buildings and bridges around the lake are attractions in themselves. Well worth the walk.
