this place has a small permanent exhibition of local old master paintings, which are worth the visit, but most of the space is dedicated to modern stuff which with one or two exceptions, left us cold.

I loved the way this little museum mixed old classic works and modern pieces. I'm used to seeing a gallery of the same types of pieces based on age or artist. It was refreshing to see it mixed up. Keen to avoid the drizzle one afternoon last week, I visited this museum to pass the time and expected it to be a little dry and dull. Far from it!
