lovely beach, great for walks as very long. however, be very careful when walking on the soft sand especially with small kids. we came across lots of broken glass amongst the sand.

Fantastic beach, easy access many free car parks along the stretch of beach. Lots of water sports centres located along the beach for pedalos etc occasional cafes/restaurants all with toilet facilities. Nice open areas or sunbeds for hire and have never been hassled by anyone...More

Not too busy despite peak time. Sunbeds available (as they are a little pricey). Beach restaurants all do snacks.

Worth visiting. Lots of room given it's 6km. Beach bars are all pretty good but Linda's Bar nearer the marina end is great for evening dining by the beach

Its a beautiful safe beach, which has a host of sea activities such as inflatables, jet skiing etc which are at reasonable prices to do, and the business I visited for it was brilliant, quick turnover times and wonderful people.

I don´t know if you mean Paddle Boards or canoes? Becaue there were several canoe tours starting from beaches in Lagos. I did not see Paddle Boards, but I don´t know if there aren´t any.

No, but the train station in Lagos is just a few minutes walk from Meia Praia (and the track passes just behind the beach). However, I agree with Scott M - there are other beaches more accessible from Faro.
