Beautiful beech with rock cliffs surrounding is. In April the water was still too cold to go swimming for more than 5 minutes, but in summer this must be a fantastic spot!

Crystal clear water, GREAT cover if its a windy day, there's plenty of space to go up by the rocks and get out of the wind. Not a ton of tourists, felt safe leaving our stuff on the beach, very sunny.

The views from the top of the stairs down to the beach are attractive. When we arrived onto sand, there was a lot of litter, beach was too crowded, and its quite a small beach. We won't be back!

Our place overlooked this beach and it was great! Shelling, relaxing, walking through the rocks in the morning before the tide change. Lots of people from all parts of the world. Beautiful walking paths above the coves. Boat rides to the grottos from the beaches. Lots to see and do.

This was one of the busiest beaches in Lagos with lots of events going on, lots of fun but not great for a chill-out day at the beach.

the best place for shelling i found .... the sand is prayed on to the beach to make it bigger ....with that there are many many shells .... not so nice for bare feet, but omg i was in my happy spot as a collector ... it was a bit busy ...but still good to be ...

This beach is famous but since I last was here 15 years ago, it's taken a turn for the worse. It is still a nice beach with very interesting rock formations. Nice for a short visit and a swim. If you're looking for a day on the beach though, I would suggest the nearby Praia do Porto de Mos.

Not the prettiest or quietes cove beach but plenty of space and a lively fun atmosphere. The beach was artificially built up onto a shelf a few years ago I think but this has meant you can bathe all day, even when the tide is in. The cafe at the back of the beach has the grumpiest staff.
