Magnificent views of the stupendous offshore pinnacles. Lots of nooks and crannies on this beach due to the meandering line of cliffs that drop into the sea. This has to be a dream beach in the summertime. A restaurant-bar is located nearby, plus many more a short distance beyond.

Very nice and also very busy Beach in the Summer. Sun settles very early in the afternoon because of the Cliffs. Bus stop on Top which can take you to the End of Meia Praia. Very good Apartments 2 Minutes away ( Dona Ana Garden). I always stay there when I am in Lagos. The Bus takes you also to... More

There was nothing less spectacular than this coastline. We got hot days and amazing temperature water just made it so nice to cool off with just spectacular views!

The cliffs and micro-islands are a must-see. We visited in November but heard from the locals that September is the best time of year. The weather was warm enough to visit the beach but not swim. In addition to walking the beach, we also took a tour boat for three people to see the grottoes (caves) that are part of... More

Western Algarve beach near Lagos with relatively easy access (well laid out wooden steps and sand walkboards). Swimming is fantastic extending through the rocky cliffs to next door beaches. Small restaurant / bar with well priced food menu and friendly staff.

Had a wonderful afternoon reading and watching the various types of boats going sailing by. Not our first visit to this restored beach.

I didn't think I would like this beach, but I ended up loving it! Lots of space on the sand, which was a nice change from the crowded little beaches we were visiting. Lots of space to walk and enjoy. The water is cold and it is windy, but this is the case for all beaches in the Algarve.

Diana met us for our walking tour of these amazing beaches with a cheery spirit, waters to stay hydrated & apples. Even though it was early October, the temps were still getting very warm. It was a beautiful day to hike the Dona Ana Path above the beaches. We became fast friends with Diana as we walked. She told us... More
