Its a fantastic place for visit, near Canário lake. Really simple, 2 lakes with side walk making 8 form. Good for a family walk, you have also some tables to enjoy a pic nic or nice chat. Keep it clean... and 😉 enjoy

Small lagoon situated in the end of a very steep dirt road, but very much worth the travel. I went there on a foggy afternoon and that secluded place seemed magical!! I loved it
We were encouraged to hike this trail instead of the longer one around Sete Cidades. It was a mistake. The trail map is poor and the treacherous hike in a stream coming down the mountain not worth the lake views, especially since you can drive...More
This lake was a beautiful stop for a picnic. There really isn't anything to do here except walk around a large lake so if you are looking for a lot of hiking opportunities, this would not a be a good spot.

The lakes were utterly still and the trees reflections in the mirrored water were beautiful - the moss growing around the sides of the lakes were the most amazing luminous green ! loved it
We stopped here on our tour and walked the short path to the waters edge. It was a picturesque vista that we really enjoyed.

Been here on the way to Sete Cidades. It was in the morning around 9am. The atmosphere was eerie the lake was surrounded by a thick fog. Good for a few picture.
We were totally surprised by how lovely this area is! We parked outside the gate, along the road and walked to the lakes along a gravel road (only about 10 min to the lakes) and arrived at the lakes with no one else there, it...More
