Praça Velha (former Praça da Restauração) is the central square of the city of Angra. There you can find the Town Hall with its imponent façade. The church of Nossa Senhora da Saúde and several old buildings.

Main Square of Angra do Heroísmo, located in the heart of the city, in the summer season there is a stage where there is some live concerts. Nice place to spend a couple of hours in evening.

Not much to see now - it does have a bit of history. it is mainly used as a bus stop and parking, they sometimes have a market around the area. Near the city to it make walking around easy
