went there every morning for a week. Nice crowd of people, mainly families. We especially liked the 'singing donut lady' selling Berliners!

Used to live here in Estoril and never really came to this area of the beach. Came back for a holiday visit and decided to rent some loungers and a parasol. A great day was spent at the beach with my partner. €30 for all...More

Lovely beach, very busy but its August so expected. Bars and restaurants along the promenade. We hired sunbeds and parasols both days we went, word of warning - its more expensive on the weekend! (12.50E for 2 beds and a parasol compared with 15E on...More

Tamariz Beach is right off the Cascais train from Lisbon at the Estoril Monte stop. It's the stop before Cascais. You can rent an umbrella and 2 lounges for 24E which seems a bit pricey for me. I wasn't planning to spend the whole day,...More

The beach is Nice. Depends on how crowded it is. Usually is full of noise people. Mostly Africans calling for attention, searching for blondes on holidays. It's a nice place to take pics and walk alongside the sea until Cascais. It's nice at night as...More

Although, beach was quite crowded while we were here, did enjoy walking the almost 22 KMs everyday! Lots of restaurants, cafes to stop and refresh on the way. Felt very secure with a very evident police presence all along the beach walk.

Beautiful beach. Nice and clean. Filled with people. But so cold even in late July. Still it was refreshing to escape the hot sun on land.

Similar to others; we were charged 12,50 euros for two beds on a Monday and then 15euros for two beds plus umbrella on a Sunday.

Temperature will likely be between 12Cº and 19Cº, not beach weather, with a bit of luck there will be no rain and some nice sunny winter days. You need warm clothing. Enjoy your holiday, you will just love Cascais
