Relaxed place with the best views in Lisbon. Plenty of steps but well worth it and good catering too, plus the resident flock of peacocks.

We went here in midday, but i think it would be more nicer to visit here in the evening. It was not that crowded and if you want to buy a class with wine with your sweetheart it was only 2 e/class. Entrance fee is 10 €.

Great way to spend a couple of hours the views are amazing. Typical castle lots of stone walls and views at every corner. Peacocks are wandering free and attract a lot of attention. I think it was €10.00 per adult . O think tram 28 & 12 stop nearby but it is still a steep walk…

This sight may not be for everybody. The castle is in ruins and only some parts of a few walls survive, and much of it reconstructed, which is not a bad thing. The castle itself dates back to around the 8th century BC! It was a really important fortified spot and has served over…

If the walls here could tell stories, I'm sure they would amaze. The castle offers beautiful views that can make an average photographer like me look good. I'd recommend 90 minutes for a leisurely look around.
