We were supposed to do some shopping here but somehow we didn't have time. It was a lively area with lots of restaurants and shops. Many people hang out at the promenade area and I'm sure it will be lovely in the evenings.

A great place for drink or meal. Nice quality restaurants although some are very pricey. fantastic view over the river.

It was not too busy and offered good photo opportunities, but street artists seemed determined to stand in pictures, presumably hoping for money. The main square, arch and shopping street are all nice to walk around.
