Great views over the whole of Lisbon - make sure you check out the bar located at the top of the viewpoint. Cocktails/deckchairs are available to enjoy whilst watching the sun set over the city. You can walk up from Rossio square if you're feeling...More

lovely views, shame about the fencing! during the current construction work you cannot get to the railings which is unfortunate, but you can manage to photo through the fencing. There is a pleasant cafe here for a coffee and snack. It is a lovely relaxed...More

There are many Miradoures - or viewpoints on the city below. We liked this one the best, not only for the view. It's also a really nice place to be, and you can visit empassant the church of San Pedro. Really amazing!

The view of the lower city and Alfama is superb, and this is a lovely park with a pleasant cafe. Lots of places to sit and rest. Unfortunately when I was there, there was a fence around construction work, and the view was somewhat spoiled.

It's still fun, as taking the tram is an experience in and of itself. While the views are encumbered with fencing and the noise of construction, it's still a neat area to grab an ice cream and enjoy Lisbon's sites.

Definitely worth a visit for an overall panoramic view. All lisbon is full of lovely places and history and this place is no different. Very nice sunset if you're looking for something like it

Potentially a beautiful view, but in October you will be looking through a wire fence. Poor planning on the city's part. Go up Santa Justa elevator instead and have unobstructed views.

The traditionally trendy "Chiado" (literally,
"squeak", the nickname of a 16th century poet) offers
plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars where you can
stop for a cafe or cocktail, after exploring its
streets, shops, art galleries, theaters, museums and
viewpoints. It's also the home to the statue of the
famous statue of portuguese poet Fernando Pessoa,
having is usual espresso at "A Brasileira" as he used
