The medieval market happens once in a year, normally during summer period for 15/20 days. It's always good to see the medieval period recreated here, great actors and wonderful atmosphere. Don't miss it, if you are coming in the summer period.

They are simply abusing in the cost of the tickets. More and more this festival is made for tourism and foreigners and not for Portuguese. What a shame.

It was really nice bringing you back in the medieval time! It was not easy with a stroller with a baby. I recommend you to bring a baby backpack so you can climb the walls and enjoy the shops.
