Rather than take a bus etc. or walk up the road to the Moorish Castle from the station with the crowds, we decided to wander through this pleasant park and other paths. It made the climb on a hot day a lot more pleasant than otherwise would have been the case.

What a lovely place to escape the maddening crowds and get close to nature. It is well laid out and has a great variety of plants, trees and flowers. Very tranquil place.

Very nice park
This is a really nice park that joins two major roads so is a nice walk into the old part of town. There are lots of stairs and ramps, so be prepared for this.
