Rocky beach... but with a beautiful view over the Cabo Girao! Sunset and the occasional passing pod of dolphins! Just outside Funchal, walkable distance! Go to the BeerGarden nearby, local and delicious!

A clean volcanic pebble beach that generates a lot of surf noise. Very relaxing, and with a band of dark volcanic sand at the wave line.

You can walk along the beach quite far. A walk with variation. Comfortable, and you can sit and have a rest.

Often walked here, much better now there's a more permanent walkway from the cave(storms permitting) Nice walk with 3/4 cafes /restaurants as you walk further to Camara de lobos. Would recommend for a fairly easy walk.
