This church is one of the Baroque treasures of Porto; along with the Clerigos bell tower, it creates a wonderful harmonious ensemble which should not be missed if you are in Porto. The most impressive part is a remarkable richly decorated marble altarpiece built by...More

We just wandered into this church and was taken with its presence, preservation and beauty. It is truly a "gem" of Holy places. You may take photos and if you are lucky a musician will be playing the pipe organ. I was taken by the...More

See this as part of the tower ticket, It's very shiny and with good view points going round the balconies to look down on the central area.

Beautiful place, a cool museum inside, but there are four others that are just as beautiful (and free) within a one mile area.

Small church with beautiful architecture! It is not to miss, entrance being free. The tower of Clerigos is also there if you don't mind the entrance fee and the heights.

The entrance is around the right side and is free, unlike the bell tower which is 4€ to climb. The alter is nice and worth seeing.

Beautiful church in the centre of the city of Porto, if you have time go to visit it. If you are lucky you'll be able to listen for the live music of the organ.
