Next to the beach

Although this park is not literally touching the beach (there is a road in between them) we enjoyed a nice walk in the park after our time on the beach

Nice place to run in a town, no cars no traffic lights. Nice paths, around little lakes and surrounded by trees .

This is another of Porto's gems. A big natural park the actually includes an ocean beach. Easily accessible by bus. It's lively, well used and enjoyed by people who show an almost unusual degree of respect for it. IT's one of the city's biggest treasures!

The first time I managed to cross the entire park and finish at the beach i realized how beautiful this green area is. It is great to do exercise, to have a picnic, to have fun with friends, family or just by yourself! It is a huge green area where cars are not allowed and you can breed some fresh... More

The perfect place to evade away to after a warm day in town. Lush and green and also very huge. We even cycled through. Also there is an amazing Peruvian caffè where you can get a bite.

This city park is probably one of the few in Europe with a beach front. There are many things to do here, you can play football on the greens, Jog, ride a bicycle, walk your dog, lots of space for the kids, a big lake with ducks and other birds. There are cafeterias and restaurants around the park and parking... More

This big garden is beautifull and romantic,a great place to walk, jog, read, play. We visited in winter, and the greens and browns are great, the slopes are elegant and the lake is a good surprise.

Take a metro to Matosinhos Sul and make a trip along the sea together with visitting this park. You can admire there beautiful plants, trees, swans, ducks in silence. It is one of the largest parks in Northern Portugal  where families meet at weekends and then it can be a little busy.   However it is worth and a walk... More

Great to make exercise or just take a walk on green park, you enter by a city ambience and go down until the sea
