The Botanique has become a cultural Centre since 1984. Formally, it was a Botanique garden, with gorgious greenhouses. Nowadays, it still show its wonderful architecture, together with up-to-date concert venues (Orangerie, Rotonde, Witloof Bar ...). Discover our many concerts over the year through our website or visit our galery called Museum, with its 4 or 5 big exhibitions a year (photography, paintings, ...).

Le Botanique is a quite old and very impressive building located near the Gare du Nord in Brussels. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden where many people spend their time. With such intensive traffic around it is quite good to be able to relax for a while in a quiet place like Le Botanique.

Behind the busy Brussels small Ring, a green oasis overlooked by a splendid building with lots of glass windows. This is the iconic venue for some of the most interesting shows and original concerts. If you come by car be sure to go early or parking place is nearly impossible to find in this busy part of town.

Le Botanique is basically a beautiful little park surrounded by tall skyscrapers. Go for a walk on a Sunday, or hang out on the large stairs, by the fountain or inside the park. If you are visiting the city only for a day or two, I wouldn’t take the time to include it on the itinerary to be honest.

This was first botanic garden in Brussels and was created at the end of the 18th century. Nowadays it serves for concerts. If you are there you can just walk around or sit and relax at the sun.

It is lovely in a city to get some nature even if it is beside a busy road, the park has nice clear paths, a small lake and nice cafe

We went for a wander around the gardens on a sunny day, and took some food with us. Although they aren't massive, there is a large range of vegetation, attracting bumble and honey bees, butterflies, birds and more. There's a little pond at one end, which provides a habitat for terrapins, coots, and some massive unidentifiable fish! Would recommend for... More

The Botanique is a very interesting cultural building and I fell in love with its beauty. I would recommend visiting with a friend or partner and taking a stroll in the gardens and even inside (if its not boiling). Also there are many benches to sit on and relax in the gardens. Highly recommend.
