Mainly shell beach, turquoise sea. What more do you need. Both the local restaurant/bar and others rent sunbed and umbrellas. Lovely quiet beach on non-cruise ship days.

We have visited this beach twice and can confirm it was beautiful, sea, sand/beach and bars and facilities, very much recommended.

Picture perfect beach. Unbelievable clear waters. Busy from mid morning until 3pm (when the cruise passengers return to their ships)! Local restaurant located on the beach too so I was able to enjoy some tasty lunch. Not too many hagglers. During my 7 day trip,...More

Calm water, easy to walk into it. Great beach to relax at, without too many people. Nice sand, lots of shells to pick and easy to access.

One of the great Antigua beaches. Nothing special about it but just pull up a chair and sit for hours. Easy to get to.

Such a beautiful beach day in St Johns! We took a $8 each way/per person taxi from the cruise terminal for the day. They were offering $5 for chair rental and $10 for umbrella. We just sat under the big tree with our towels. Peaceful...More

This is a very relaxing, chill beach. No one bothers you, the sand is soft & the water is calm & clear. The homes are exceptional but the resorts are average. It is close to Sheer Rocks which is a delightful exclusive resort, very worth...More

The recent hurricanes spared Antigua, so I'm sure it's still as beautiful as ever!
