Great experience we have two young kids 6 & 4 and they walked all the way to the top. We took it slow as it’s quite slippery due to the marble flooring. We stopped wherever their was a shady spot. Once your at the top...More

One of the best sites in Greece. Every time I visit Parthenon I feel exciting, when I walk the same steps which such important person have done in the past.

The only reason we tagged Athens on to our trip was so we could see the Parthenon and acropolis. They're a must see. Kids go free with a paying adult. 20 euros for an adult.

Crowded with tourists and heated by Greek sun this place is still must see in Europe. Simply amazing monument to goodness Athene that stands as living remainder of roots of western civilization. Standing there it’s easy to get lost in your own thoughts and reflect...More

Amazing to walk through history but.............queues for tickets were horrendous. If possible buy in advance. Also the path up is very, very slippery in parts (walking on uneven highly polished marble) with no hand rails. We saw a young girl slip and fall in front...More

€20 or €30 for a combined ticket, where you can also visit Hadrian’s Library, Temple of Olympian Zeus, The Ancient Agora of Athens and a couple more. Hope this helps.
