The Stoa of Attalos located within the Agora is small museum which has some relicts going back time. Worth the short visit whilst at Agora.

We really liked this reconstructed structure in Ancient Agora and the top level museum part is really interesting and informative. Also, nice since you can get out of the sun and heat for a few minutes.
