Beach is lovely but watch your change, went to the bar twice and twice gave the wrong change. That's not a mistake. They gave us 1.40 euro in 20 cent pieces. Who does that unless they are counting on you thinking you're getting the right change. Don't go here

This little diamond of a beach is hidden in plain sight and has three entrances. If you use the one in the middle you'll have to use the steps. The best way in, especially for the handicapped, would be the one that's at the tram station Πλαζ Αλίμου. It's about a 25-30 minute ride from Syntagma by tram. If you're... More

... come on, you are in Greece, there a million other better beaches to enjoy the sea and sun. O.k it's a solution for people who can't go further away for a good swim, but I strongly suggest to prefer beaches after Vouliagmeni.

Nice area , becoming the in place for a sunny aftrenoon. Many bars and restaurants to choose from although pricey. Its a wonderfull place to see and be seen , BUT it has a hude dissadvantage. MINIMUM PARKING space and HORRIBLE Traffic to get there

Alimos is one of the nearest beaches to the big city. The long straight Syggros Avenue takes the busy Athenians from the Temple of Olympian Zeus (Stiles Olymbiou Dios) down the relax of a blue paradise.

where to begin? if you have read the review here from concierge com and also been to this beech you would probably question the guide! entry to the beech is 3 euro .. taking your own cooler etc is forbiden ( to protect the monopoly of foods and drinks within) should you wish to sit down other than in the...
