It is right in the Plaka and was very interesting to see the collections of the more modern Hellenic cultures. If you find yourself with some additional time, it is worth it.

What a gem. This small museum of Folk Art includes old Tools, ceramics, wall graphics of how things were with fabulous photo of the Greek people and so much more. Two floors of well presented exhibits. Cost of Entry was 2 euros.

This little museum gives a really detailed history of Greek art, especially art that originates from the more rural areas of Greece.

Nice collection of typical old costumes, among other, from many areas of Greece. Very detailed and in many cases with a big variety of decorations and all this hand made!! The complete collection is housed in different buildings in Plaka and Monastiraki areas.

stay, eat and drink. Its pedestrian zones make it a
pleasant place to escape from the city’s notorious
traffic. Adrianou and Kidathineon Streets contain a
