It has some interesting things and is more worthwhile than visiting the ruins themselves. But don't come just for this museum. The Archaeological Museum in Athens is 100 times better.

A good museum, not a great one, but as long as your at the Delphi ruins definitely worth a visit. If for no other reason than clean restrooms, fresh drinking water, and cool AC this was worth a stop.

You have to go here because it's part of the price of admission. Pay attention because most of the things you see are from the site and can't be seen when you're out at the ruins. There's a cafe and clean restrooms.

This museum is small. Houses the famous Bronze Charioteer and Kouros of the Delphi Twins. There are some small Geometric period bronze figurine sculptures near the entrance which are very interesting.

Hosts valuable pieces of Ancient Greek sculpture (e.g: bronze Charioteer and the famous athlete Aghias) Easily spend about 2 hours inside the museum

This was a great experience after visiting the architectural site. The museum was well laid out and world class. The only disappointment was the gift shop was closed on a weekend which is unexplainable in late may when there were many many visitors

For me, it would have been impossible to appreciate the ancient ruins of Delphi without first having visited this special museum. It's collection is mind boggling. See accurate depictions of how Delphi looked in all its splendour before it was buried under centuries of landslides. Witness, up close, some of the most beautiful artefacts found at this site, immense offerings... More

Well presented and informative. Extensive displays of items found at the site including statuary, figurines, tools. Peaceful place to spend time learning about the different periods of Greek culture. Very worthwhile visiting even if you think you've seen enough museums during your Greek travels.

One of the highlights of visiting the ancient Greek sites is the museum that accompanies each one. There on display are the many artifacts that have been found at the site. To see the site and then see all of the wonderful things that have been found there, many in remarkable condition, is mind-blowing. Imagine being the guy who dug... More

The museum has a nicely curated collection of items found during excavation over a century ago. We especially enjoyed seeing the remaining frieze figures - how do they put all those pieces together in the right places when restoring??
