Great place to visit. Perfect view. Lot of stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The locals are very hospitable.

It's a fairly nice marina, lots of restaurants and bars. However, it's nothing spectacular. The surrounding town is scruffy and run down. Overall I was disappointed with the town.

This was a lovely walk with many restaurants and stores and beautiful view. You can walk up to the lighthouse which looks far but isn't bad at all. Lovely for taking photos. We spent every evening here having dinner.

Not only is it one of the most beautiful ports I’ve seen but there are noticeable Roman, Turkish, Venetian and of course a Greek and Cretan building. Tons of history. Make sure not to just walk the harbour promenade. Go to the alleys.

Crystal clear waters and some nice boats. We went out low season but all the restaurants were open. May be worth noting all the restaurant owners tout for your business, which is a little tiresome when you have already eaten. Everyone was very friendly and...More

The Venetian old harbour is an ideal location to stay whilst visiting beautiful Chania. It’s not too far from everything & will be quiet as it’s away from the restaurants & bars

Hotel Vilelmine is really well located, quiet with excellent owners, the rooms are really nice but it doesn't have a lift.
