We really enjoyed this beach! We hiked down to Livadaki beach. It was a bit steep a times and took us 57 minutes. The hike back out took 53min. If you are wondering, there is no shade on the hike. The views were beautiful. The beach itself has medium and small rocks. The water was calm and cool. We put our things under a tree in the shade. There were few people at that time of year (mid-June) and a boat came every hour or so.

Livadaki is the most amazing beach Folégandros can offer. You can reach it by boat from Agkali Bay or by foot from Ano Meria or Agkali village. My wife and I prefer to hike it and after great swimming in the Livadaki Bay to return by boat. There’s natural shade un a few trees, but what we really like are the small grottos on the right of the bay where you can relax and see the fabulous shades of turquoise from the sea.

We went to the beach with a boat and the ride was amazing! the waters there were crystal clear and the beach area was very clean. It is a rocky beach but there are comfortable areas where you can sit under some trees for some extra shade from the sun. Overall we had a a great and relaxing time!!

We do not understand why that beach is so highly rated. First you have to pay the boat which is overpriced given the short ride. Once you get there this is really crowded and noisy (boats arrive every 30 minutes).

Beautiful beach to visit with clear waters. It's an isolated beach that you can get to by boat from Angali beach. There's no shade or cafes so go prepared.

This is a wonderful beach. It is rocky, but quiet. The easiest way to reach it is by boat from Ag. Nikolaos. The boat travels directly to Livadaki. On the way back, it stops at Aspropounta Beach. No facilities to speak of, so bring water, food, etc.

Need ferry or kayak to get there. Beach on the rocky side but beautifully set among cliffs. No services.

The beach was in theory beautiful, but in reality ships are coming every half of hour so you cannot get a decent swim, and also boat excursion are coming and it gets too crowded in the water and on the beach.
You can take a boat for 12 eur to Livadaki and Agios Nikolaos which is better choice, more beautiful and also has a bar and a restaurant that accepts credit cards btw.

We took the boat from Agali Beach and stopped at two beached. This was the best one. Less crowded with pristine water. Not much shade but we were in the water most of the time anyway. Well worth the trip.
