If you visit Tilos island for a day, take a public bus (road is tiny and no other way to get there) at the marina that will take you up the hill to visit one of the oldest monastery of the Dodecanese Islands. Great view...More

On sunday morings, the public bus makes a trip on the other side of the island to let you visit for one hour this monastry where no monks live anymore. It is a place of serenity in a fantastic natural environnement. Go!

The position has great views and the building has character. You can buy very tasty honey at the entrance although we missed it. However, our host (Michalis Studios) got one for us the next day as a present.
