My hotel offered a small train tour over to Kalithea Springs. This is a very beautiful area to walk around on the paths, and take some stunning photos. There is a beach area with loungers. I saw food/beverage area too but didn't make us of it myself. If coming to visit, bring water shoes with you - the sand was... More

We nearly didn't go after reading some poor reviews on Tripadvisor but we are so glad we went anyway. It is beautiful here and so worth the £ euro entrance fee. Take your towel & stay for the day. They have many sunbeds (for a fee) a bar for snacks & drinks and a really lovely little bay. There is... More

On arrival we had to pay €3 (for the two of us) to enter via an amazing cobbled area with a lovely fountain. This led to the small beach... More

The beach is absolutely beautiful. It is small but perfectly formed. The water is clear and calm, perfect for swimming and snorkelling. The sunbeds are free but you... More

We were thrilled to be allowed to use the springs as the venue for my son's wedding earlier this year. The setting is glorious, the officials of the municipality were exceedingly helpful and it was ideal for a wedding ceremony.

Lovely place but really felt sorry for the Thomson couples getting married because they share the space with sun bathing tourists... definitely not a romantic wedding venue
