However the folklore museum is located in the port from. 2014, the archeological museum in horio is still worth visiting

Symi has a history since Homeric times and the little museum gives you the sense of the long history of the island. The building in which it is housed is a typical local bourgeois house with folklore.

They have some cute stuff, presented nicely and more or less labeled. If you have never been to a Greek island or rural Greece in general, the folklore museum is definitely of interest.
