Amazing museum with very modern storytelling. Fantastic tableaus and great use of modern technology. Go there wednesday late afternoon and have dinner at the restaurant afterwards - that makes a good day!

On the outskirts of the city. Bus No. 18 Will Take you there (20kr) really interesting story telling of the early history of Denmark, including the world famous remains of the Gravballe man.

The building is awesome and is alone worth a visit. Much like the Oslo Opera House. The displays/audiovisuals are very interesting and lifts up the collection from just being artefacts dug up from the ground.

A world class museum. Uses a wide variety of techniques and technologies to present information. I went to see “the bog man” but stayed to see so much more. It is well-worth the bus trip from Aarhus.

Beautiful modern, minimalistic museum building in a wonderful setting, close to the forest and beach. Very interesting changing exhibits from all over the world. A rather small-moderate size museum, overseeable, and a nice cafe. Highly recommended.
