Visited with not so mobile 94 year old. Wish we had not bothered. Long drive from civilisation with horrendous access road which went on for 2.5 km riddled with what appeared to be tarmaced over pot holes which were still pot holes. En route, noticed many locals had parked off road in forest, but due to having an elderly person... More

Truly fantastic place for a hike and scenic photography, but it gets pretty crowded closer to lunch. So get a bit earlier, and make sure you have a hiking route prepared as you'll find very quite places a short hike away from the center. I'd advise to bring own food so you can enjoy own freshly brewed coffee while looking... More

As mentioned there are many steps(447 each way-total of 994, if I recall) to get down to the beach but it is well worth it if you are able. There are several benches along the way to help any who need a break coming back up. If you have asthma, do bring your inhalers! We passed on the Mons Klint... More

There are so many paths around the cliffs and lots of oppurtunities for exploring along the beach, not to mention looking for fossils. There are plenty of steps to get down to the beach but it is well worth the walk, and also find the time to walk along some of the other boardwalks as there are so many beautiful... More

Møns Klint is beautiful and different nature in Denmark, and a must see for everyone. You can use a whole day here, but for minimum you can do the smallest walk in two hours, where you walk on the top of the cliffs in the forrest and walk down the many stairs to walk on the beach.

We were staying in Marielyst at a summer house and a visit to the island of Mon, was just a short drive away. There is much to see along the way, from the beautiful, old churches of Falster and Mon, to the wonderful, rolling green hills of the countryside. This was a very profitable excursion! We arrived at Mons Klint... More

Went to Mons Klint in August 2016, unexpected place in Denmark, which is basically a flat country. The cliffs are stunning white and the walk are great!

This is a must in Denmark. Very nice area. There are steps to reach the beach but there is a short path also for disabled. Be prepared for rain and take your rain coats with you!
