It is not the most spectacular fountain in a city full of beautiful fountains and charming fountain squares (piazzi) but this fountain just appeals to me because of the simple bronze birds playing in the water. Also it's location at a important city crossroads makes...More

We came across this unusual fountain wandering along the main shopping street. Very busy but a good place to stop and take photos. There was a very good Christmas market nearby when we visited.

Well, it’s just another fountain located at the Amagertov Square of the Stroget pedestrian mall. Good for a quick photo when you’re in that area and move on.

The square around the fountain is always packed with people, and there is often something going on. The fountain itself amuses the kids with the storks and the frogs. Go there and enjoy the atmosphere.

The stork fountain can be found on the Stroeget, the main shopping area, of Copenhagen. The pedestrian street is very busy and the fountain breaks up the shops. Worth a photo.

It’s a fountain. It has storks on. You’re likely to encounter it on your walk around the centre. Is it worth a special excursion? Probably not. But it’s certainly worth pausing to admire as you stroll along Stroget.

This statue is in a square, and you'll pass by as you stroll along Stroeget. The statue and square are both nice, good for people watching, or you can get a bite to eat at one of the nearby cafes.

Siting in the main street in Copenhagen this is a fine statue and fountain, nice to take a break and watch all the people going about their business.
