You can still see where the mill worked and the water sluices that used to drive the stones. An old bread oven is quietly decaying along the track and the ruins of the millers cottage sit above teh bridge beneath the castle

I loved the atmosphere of the old bridge and it was stunning up close. It took us some time to find it but it was definitely worth it!

Amazing scenery lovely little tracks to walk along (sensible shoes is a must) Roman bridge and remains of the old bakers house, sometimes streams and rivers in winter months.

The highlight of our hiking trip was not only getting to see this ancient bridge but to be allowed to still cross it and get truly enjoy the experience.

You start off next to a beautiful, old mill and follow a nature walk, which is punctuated by information boards telling you about the local flora and fauna. The path is quite narrow in places and you could be forgiven for thinking you are never...More

There's a walk but not a lot to see... there is the castle but when we went it was closed. There is a bit of a nature reserve. Basically it is a place to go for a walk. There is a reasonable amount of interesting plant... More
