Very unhappy with the service provided. I really do not recommend. And received an sms the day before that their toilets are out of order!

Nice tech and interesting and creative challenges. Worked fine for kids as well. A test of the teamwork in the group... ;-)

Did the heist room with a mate, the two of us completed the challenge in approx 50 mins. A couple of hints required.
A couple of the lights in the room were not functioning, broken by the previous group apparently.
20% for a Sunday made it good value for money.

This place totally overrated! 1000 sek to walk around town solving poorly google translated questions about trivial stuff that you see and walk past. Do not waste your money on this. Pokémon Go is 100 times more fun and free.

I have played a lot of room escapes and this one (the bank robbery) was a really good one.

The set was great, some good technology, and I loved the fact that all the puzzles were logical and work-outable... not needing any guesswork or ridiculous leaps of logic. In general the puzzles were really clever and a good difficulty level. Also really appreciated the fact that there weren't loads of red herrings... always annoys me when they do that. Here, refreshingly, everything made sense and served a purpose.

My one suggestion for improvement is that they actually put some fake money in some of the lockers that you have to bundle into a bag... this would add to the feeling that you are actually robbing a bank rather than just escaping. They had lots of fake money that they used for the photos afterwards, so I think they should incorporate this into the game.

With 2 people we got out with a few minutes to spare. Would really recommend this - probably ideal team size is 2 experienced players, or 3 or 4 beginners.

Have done several escape rooms and this was a very disappointing experience in comparison. We were four people and finished in only 30 minutes, during that time all of us didn't even get a chance to solve a puzzle because they were so few and very easy. There was not really any feel for the theme (post apocalyptic future) neither in the room decor, the puzzles or in the introduction. Would not recommend at all.

We were four friends who tried the post apocalyptic room. When we arrived one of our group asked about using the restroom but apparently they were out of order, not the best first impression. We got the background for the room we were about to enter, post apocalyptic scenario 200 years in the future. Everything inte the rooms were old 60-90's equipment, didn't match the future setting at all. But those are smaller things, the biggest issue with this place was that we solved it in 31 minutes. It felt like we had just gotten started when they opened the doors and said we finished it. Each puzzle in there were completely random things with no real connection to each other and the worst part about them were that we solved them but we weren't sure if we did the right thing (no indication if some puzzles were solved) which in my opinion is the worst kind of puzzle and it was pretty disappointing overall.

Stockholm has so many escape room companies that it's easy to overlook some. We only heard about Quezzle's Heist room when it was recommended by a local enthusiast -- I'm glad we didn't miss it.

Bank robbery themes are common (especially in Stockholm, it seems), but Quezzle's Heist room is distinctive and consistently-themed. From the video footage that sets the scene and carries the narrative, to certain... special effects, the room experience grows and develops as you go along.

There's a bit of searching at the start, which I'm not usually a fan of, but it was done so cleverly in this room that I really appreciated it -- consider this a compliment! The setting is also used in some innovative ways, and the endgame puzzle is particularly thorough and rigorous.

A very linear and unchallenging room that had too few puzzels. The narrative did little to increase the experience and the clues were not helpful. All in all a badly designed room.
