Totally worth a stroll on a nice summer day. Magnificent stone structures dams and canal locks. The surroundings are peaceful and full with walkways.

Impressive to look at the scale etc... but the dam release is the star attraction. The bridge is busy, but there are a few other cliff top view points on the western side of the river.

We were here during the Vattenfalls Dag (waterfalls day) on the 22 of July when they open water locks. A fantastic view when the water cascading down the creek

Beautiful walks for everybody. You can stroll around easy paths along the Canal or walk through Woods.

Anytime this is a great walk (not in the rain). Take notice of the sculpture and the buildings. Check the power station if it is open.
