I very nice church with wonderful inside decorations sitting on top of a great view. I would do it again.

The cathedral is an example to showcase Finnish architecture. It's a must-see, mainly because it is one of Helsinki's well-known attractions. Having been built on top of the hill, it gives a really nice view of the Helsinki cityscape.

If you really understand Finnish culture you wouldn´t expect this Cathedral to be anything like Notre Dame or la Sagrada Familia, this is a very subtle, nice, elegant and pretty Cathedral, standing tall in the middle of the Plaza.
Between this Cathedral and Uspenskin, it's difficult to pick which one was more amazing. We were not able to go inside the day we were there but the outside alone is quite stunning!

This is another amazing structure, in a square filled with beauty. this is up several steps and worth just standing and taking in its beauty for a while.
