Terrible! beautiful only aesthetically, too expensive for what it offers, rude owner and staff, zero cleanliness, very high prices for umbrellas and bars. No privacy and no relaxation, given that the umbrellas are not spaced out at all, not recommended!

I had dinner in a restaurant inside the "il vascello" beach, called "beach experience".
Nice and welcoming place. Good background music. Reserved and efficient lighting.
Staff not trained in proportion to what is expected from a well-presentable place. Amateurs of the waiter profession. On several occasions I noticed that they were wandering around with the plates of food looking for the right table to serve.
In the mess they piled up the crockery without tidying up the cutlery.
I want to point out the waiting time from ordering to being served, 40 interminable and incredible minutes. When ordering the wine there was no tasting, like being served by an old "wine and oil". Also there was no napkin on the bottle. I ordered a roasted octopus, which was tough and I didn't perceive the freshness. Dessert ordered to share but served on a single serving plate. Coffee served in classic plastic coffee cups with a plastic scoop, like the old coffee machines found in the corridors of company buildings. I believe that today we need to use compostable materials.
I strongly advise against this place due to the lack of customer care.

Big thank you to Gianni, Fabiola, Marco e Mirco and the rest of the team - visited the Lido several times over the past few weeks and found a great experience in every occasion - kind staff, clean sand well looked after and welcoming environment from the very start - children friendly with many facilities available - also wooden pizza oven, kitchen and cocktail bar available right on the lido - keep up the good work as the passion for your role clearly reflects on how the lido runs - will definitely visit again
