OK museum because it's free, I will never pay for it, but because it's free It pretty good! But you can donate to the museum if you want. Would recommend!

The Finnish Labor Museum Werstas offers an interesting account of the history of Finland from the perspective of the ordinary, working class Finns. Lots to see and think about!

National history of working class living from past to today. Focus on early ages of independence and Civil War. Also shortly about time WW2. After war age. Included exhibition of steam engine, folk artist. Free admission. English, Swedish, Finnish.

I hope I would have visited this museum earlier... I found it very interesting, and I think every Finn should visit this place - but of course it’s valuabe for foreigns too.

Great little museum - free entry and a varied range of intelligently curated exhibitions covering aspects of working class culture and workers' history in Finland. The steam engine is enormous and worth going to have a look at. Some of the displays are quite quirky...More

Housed in a building from the former Finlayson plant, this museum tells the story of the Finnish Cooperative movement. Exhibits are up to date

Entrance free, with a nice little shop and the museum demonstrates nicely the various factories that reflect the picture of Tampere as the Manchester of Finland. Very touching new exhibition on the civil war in Tampere region
