Having booked flights and a hotel to Iceland, our main plan was to see the Northern Lights. Researching companies to use, SuperJeep came out way ahead in the TripAdvisor ratings so seemed like an obvious choice. We were picked up from our hotel, however one...More

I booked a SuperJeep Northern Lights tour for my second night in Reykjavik (unfortunately, my flight arrived an hour too late on the first night, which is a shame as apparently the lights were on good form) but it was cancelled because of the weather...More

Giving 5 stars to SuperJeep was a super easy decision thanks to the great day we had with Halli. We arranged for a private South Coast tour today for our family of four (parents plus two teenage daughters) for Day 4 of our trip and...More

Having read the reviews on this I feel like the boy shouting about the emperor's new clothes. Sorry everyone, but I thought this was pretty poor on so many levels. (And I don't normally write poor reviews so trust me on this.) Let's get one...More

We booked a SuperJeep Northern Lights tour for our first night in Iceland, as SuperJeep suggested that it was always best to make a booking as early into your trip as possible given the fact the lights may not show. We were very lucky, we...More

We booked this trip for our first night in Iceland and, not unsurprisingly, it was cancelled due to poor visibility. We were very disappointed when it was subsequently cancelled on our 2nd and 3rd nights in Iceland as that meant we had missed our chance...More

Really good adventure searching for the northern lights! & we saw it!! Of course seeing the northern lights aren't guaranteed so it requires patience! But it was absolutely worth it.. felt so cool in the jeeps and they were so warm and cosy! And we...More

Superjeeps excelled in showing us both the daytime beauty of the golden circle (thank you Helli for a wonderful day) and an extended evening trip to catch a view of the northern lights. They really go over and beyond the usual trip out and I...More

Great tour guide and exciting ride. Just a shame that the lights didn't put in an appearance! Whoever thought of combining hot chocolate and vodka was a genius - It was definitely welcome at midnight after hours of searching for the lights with 30 other...More

The Superjeeps guide 'Biggi' was very friendly and informative, making a great evenings viewing of the Northern Lights. Would recommend wrapping up warm but if you don't the 'hot chocolate and vodka' certainly thaws you out!!! A great trip but don't expect to see loads...More

Silly question, but what are the restroom options on these full day tours? Do they address this? :) Sincerely, Tourist with a tiny bladder

Hi, I am considering a solo trip to Iceland near the end of October, 2017. Would I have a good chance of seeing the Northern Lights at this time? I will be by myself but don't mind going with other people. Is that a possibility and what is the approximate cost? Thank you.

Gosi's answer is spot on. With SuperJeep, they do their best to make sure you see the Northern Lights. If you don't see them on your first time out, they will take you out again! I also recommend as you get closer to your... More

Is it customary to tip the driver or is it all included in the price? Just trying to figure out actual cost.

It's not customary to tip in Iceland. I asked a few waiters and tour guides. They said they don't encourage tipping, but they don't discourage it either. If you really want to tip them, they won't make you field weird about... More
