The City Walking Tour that is put on by the government (I think there may be another-so I'm being specific-tour guide wears red jacket) is excellent, fun and FREE. However, the guide accepts tips and the Tour is so good, you will want to give...More

We showed up for this tour our first day in Reykjavík and were pleasantly surprised with the amount of information that our tour guide shared and the entertaining anecdotes, jokes, and stories that he shared with us.

Not the best tour I've been on - the guide was pretty funny but information was very scarce. The full Viking suit was a bit odd? Tiny tour that only covers a couple of streets but is only about 90 mins.

Quite Interesting and it was free. Our Guide was quite knowledgeable with a good sense of humor. It made the city come alive with lots of interesting facts. A great way to begin your trip to Iceland

History grad students lead large groups through the city. Very informative and a good way to learn where to go.
