Perlan Museum - Wonders of Iceland Come and explore The Glacier and Ice Cave Exhibition. It illustrates the glaciers of Iceland, their history, present and bleak future, and gives visitors the amazing opportunity to experience travelling through an ice cave right in the city center. Perlan Museum is the cities biggest attraction and has Reykjavík's best observation platform, offering a 360 degree view of the city and surroundings. The Perlan boosts a gift shop, a café and a new and exciting restaurant, Ut i blainn, on the top floor of Perlan, underneath the huge glass dome. Learn more at perlanmuseum.is

Being a little out of central Reykjavik, the observation deck offers different views around the city and beyond, compared to say, the observation deck at Hallsgrimkirja. Also, it is not as high, although on a hill, but that does not lessen the views. The observation...More
