Beautiful bay but only worth visitinng out of season or very early in the morning or late evening as terribly noisy!

So sad that there is no enforcement of basic rules of decency. Tour boats with loud music and drunken passengers are commonplace. The shore is covered with deckchairs and... read more

The place worth to be visited. The color of the sea was amazing. We took the speed boat so that we could spend more time for tanning. Although it is a rocky, narrow and crowded area for laying at the sun, the wonderful view made our day.

So sad that there is no enforcement of basic rules of decency. Tour boats with loud music and drunken passengers are commonplace. The shore is covered with deckchairs and rubbish and so many touts selling icecreams and burgers etc

Place unbelievably beautiful. Not to be missed. The view from Qala is breathtaking. We had great weather. From there you go downhill towards the harbour and ferry back to Malta.

Admittedly it is a nice view. Alas it is super crowded with way too many boats in such a small area. I'd suggest getting there early and leaving before the place fills up

This is a must-see place to visit. We booked a boat trip for only €5 per person and included a tour to the caves. We were dropped off and had time to explore the island which was amazing. The lagoon is an excellent place to visit but can get very busy. There are a few vendors on the island selling... More

I knew what I would find there from photos description and other comments. Blue Lagoon has a very nice clean and blue water and you can see everything, but if you are looking for nice beach romantic, or to lie in sand , is not the place, it was April and was full, I dont want to imagine in high... This place is great fun , Food stalls are good value and good food . Pineapple cocktails were very popular at 10 Euro each as was the fresh fruit they served as well. Ice creams were huge at 3 Euro each with lots of different sauces running through them. We went on the crazy sofa ride on the back of... More

We got a boat from Hondoq Bay, Gozo with Joyride Watersports. It was a little speed boat (beware if you don't like bumpy boat rides - my partner did not enjoy the bumpiness! I personally thought it was a lovely ride). Our boat took us round some of the caves which are interesting to see. Then dropped us off at... More

Visited by Speed boat on the way back from Gozo. Nice caves and clear blue waters. Too cold to swim when we visited but they often let you in during the warmer months
