A must-see when in Graz. The food is delicious, the atmosphere relaxed and if you stay over in an apartment with a kitchen you must take home some local specialties like potato sausage, smoked ribs and the wonderful handmade Swiss rolls for a lovely home...More

We liked it as the marked was not touristy and you can buy excellent products from local farmers. I bought some cheese and Styrian wine

One of the best, non-touristy Farmers' Markets that I've ever been to. Such a refreshing change from the overrated Naschmarkt in Vienna. Fabulous produce, sold by...hold your breath...pleasant-dispositioned (gasp! yes) farmers, only happy to answer any questions you have about the produce and how to...More

Nice place for a change - I always try to visit the local market. The one in Graz is easy to reach as it is close to the old town center. Lots of local products - try pumpkin oil and wine!

Pretty atmosphere: it seems to be in a small village and not in the second austrian city. Just pay attention to get there within 1.00 pm, otherwise you will find nothing!

Interesting to see this side of the life style. Mainly fruit & veg. Would recommend if time permits. Did it on our own and not part of a tour. Market is behind city square

Awesome - not to be missed. This farmers market is the essence of Styria in one square right behind the opera. Try the local food and wine and enjoy this culinary experience.

We just stepped by into this market while walking in the city center and were really amazed. There was a great selection of local products: fruit, vegetables, meat etc., and for sure local pumpkin products (oil, seeds). Everything looked fresh, and costed not so much.

This market is very nice and provides the locals with a great place for fresh fruit, vegetables or flowers. However, as that is all that is offered, it is a bit boring for a tourist to visit.
