This was really worthwhile. Wonderful treasures, clothes and other valuables of the Hapsburgs. Some astonishing workmanship in the jewels and crowns.

Not just Crown Jewels, but also reliquaries and embroidered copes and other amazing exhibits, all beautifully displayed with explanations in English and German. We preferred it to the Tower of London!

Here can be seen a valuable collection of secular and ecclesiastical treasures covering over a thousand years of European history. I'd recommend it if you've got the time but if your time in this city is precious you'd do better to look at some of...More

This is a wealth of excess relative to the Habsburg empire and the priceless artifacts stored within. Perhaps one of the most gorgeous crowns we have ever seen, along with an unguentarium (betcha can't say that three times fast !) carved out of the world's...More

Unlike other reviewers, I didn't have a problem with the darkness of the rooms, or with the descriptions. Actually, when I'm in museums, I prefer to read, and the Treasury has a lot of item descriptions in English. However, I wasn't crazy about the Treasury....More

Worth visiting, though a bit pricey at €12 as it's a max 1/1.5hr activity. An incredible array of clothing, jewellery and crowns are on show.

We liked this museum the most. Take audioguide and enjoy a lot of info. We saw groups with guides skipping very interesting items of the exhibition.

We liked this museum very much. Taking an audio guide (4 Euro) is must. It provides a lot of info. We saw tours with guides passing by and skipping very interesting items. For us it was the best museum in Vienna

Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral)
and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’
former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as
Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse
and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The

We really enjoyed the Imperial Treasury. We were not as impressed with watching the Lipizzaner Stallions practice. Maybe one of their shows would be good. Those were the only two sites we toured.
