This church is very beautiful and ornate! In some ways, it is like a much smaller version of the Karlskirche. If you like beautiful churches, this church should absolutely be visited while in Vienna. This church is somewhat narrow with an organ located on the...More

I very much enjoyed this concert. The Aeon quartet gave a lovely performance on original instruments. The church is lovely (and warm). Great evening.

This sweet baroque church is recently renovated and the perfect container of period music and instruments. The professional musicians lift your experience.

A lovely ornate church. Remember to take a look at the organ. I wonder how they can afford to maintain all the beautiful churches in Vienna.

We were looking for a place to enjoy chamber music. This was the perfect setting and the artists performance was outstanding. They offer senior pricing for tickets which can be purchases in advance or at the door. Vienna was a one day stop on our...More

Stepped in this church briefly and enjoyed the Baroque architecture. There was a service already in progress that I did not want to disturb but it is a beautiful atmosphere in which to worship or simply enjoy some peace from the hectic city.

hello, I am currently in Vienna as an exchange student and am interested in attending various concerts and operas including church concerts. I have a rather simple question though, with the church concerts, what sort of dresscode is expected? Cheers

Some churches say no shorts or short skirts. Big scarf comes in handy for that...
Are the concerts in conjunction with daily Masses, or are they scheduled separately? We will be in Vienna on October 18, 2016. Is there a church website where I could see the schedule and order tickets?

There is a website. Annaskirche, I think. The concert I attended was extra. St Peters on the Graben is also excellent for music and Stephansdom. Most is online. I never use "viennaconcerts" usually too commercial. Many... More
