Start from the bottom and climb all the stairs for a stunning view over Lillehammer City! If you cannot walk, there is an alternative way to reach the top as well.

It was interesting to see this place, one of the sights of the happy 1994 Olympics. The jump is impressive to see in person, how high and steep it is. Our visit was enhanced by the story of the 16-year-old Norwegian singer, Sissel, who was selected to sing the Olympic anthem. Listen to it on YouTube; her voice is haunting.

There is no charge to get into the park and you are allowed to go anywhere around the park. If you re not afraid of heights you can climb the 936 steps to the top of the jumps to get an outstanding view of the park and the area surrounding it. You can even go up the stairs to the... More

The ski jumps are nothing spectacular - if you have seen them before.... But nice walk from town. Must be spectacular when there is a competition on it

We came here just to take a quick look at the arena. We didn't expect anything to be happening there in August, but to our surprise the local youth was ski jumping (on grass, not snow). We spent some time watching them, and enjoyed the view over the city and the lake. It's not an amazing attraction, but we enjoyed... More

There's not much else to the attraction besides look at the ski jump. I found this to be a forgettable experience.

It took a walk from the city up the hill with area with Ski Jumping. It's great to reach it on feet - 936 steps and you are the whole way up - on it's way up it's scaring but also nice. I recommend to walk one of the ways (maybe downhill again) along the "river" with lots of small... More

You can stand at the top and look down the ski jump or walk the stairs alongside it from top to bottom or reverse. There is a fee to view from the top. A small gift shop is located there as well.

We just stop to have look at decided to walk all the stairs to the top and it is a nice family thing to do. You gradually get up to see the views from the top. Very nice. Lying steep staircase which challenges your feeling of being high up very nicely. Nothing to fear. The cost to enter the jump... More
