If you go to the Munch Museum this is next door. Very well maintained and lovely plants and flowers. Walking paths and a place to get coffee.

Easily reached from town center by a delightful path along a stream and a few block walk. Nice views, nice museums on site and adjacent.

Not a huge botanical garden, but they do a lot with the space. They also explore Norwegian history throughout. Good to do with kids!
