When we went, there was construction going on so it got in the way of the statues. A bit underwhelming and smaller than I expected it to be.

The Park is Amazing when you see the Statues Depicting Life at all Stages. Its a 100 % Must see if you are in OSLO. We actually flew from Bergen since we wanted to see this Place. Its an Open Park. Amazing statues.

A nice park with a lot of fantastic sculptures to explore. Next time we'll bring a picnic basket and enjoy a nice meal in the lovely surroundings :-)

Even on a chilly day. Would be amazing in the sun! Fascinating to think about what one man created. Talk about passion! Gardeners were working on the flower beds which are very impressive as well. Just walk in and stroll around!

I highly suggest taking a tour to truly understand and appreciate the pieces of art in the park. Otherwise, it is a bit confusing and less interesting. In the summer, it’s also a nice place to go for a walk or a picnic.

Fantastic experience and well worth visiting. It is one of the stops when using the Hop-0n-Hop-Off Bus. Walk right to the bottom to see the sculpture column - it’s worth the walk.

The sculpture park that exhibits some of Norwegian sculptor Gustav Vigeland is probably unlike anything else you will see in the world! Human life is depicted in all its aspects in a larger-than-life experience. The most famous statue - "Sinnataggen" (angry and defiant boy) is...More

Seeing the all forms of the human being in shapes was fascinating for me. If you like sculptures, you will love it.
